📍 Location: Remote (Permanent Work from Home)
🕐 Shift: Mon–Fri, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
💼 Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Lead creation of Digimon characters (modeling, rigging, animation, VFX)

Build, maintain, and document 3D art pipelines
-
Manage team tasks, timelines, and asset integration into Gamebryo engine
-
Troubleshoot compatibility/optimization issues
-
Collaborate with management on content planning and milestones
-
Provide mentorship and feedback to internal artists
Required Qualifications
-
5+ years in 3D game art production
-
Strong in at least 2: modeling, rigging, animation, VFX
-
Experience with legacy/custom engines (Gamebryo, NetImmerse)

Solid technical and leadership skills

Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Strong documentation and pipeline management capabilities
Nice to Have

Experience in MMORPG or Digimon/creature-based games

SVN/version control familiarity

Built art pipelines from scratch
