Job Opportunity – ICAC Unit Manager
We are hiring an ICAC Unit Manager to lead operations, ensure high service standards, and manage relationships across key locations.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the business unit

Ensure compliance with all internal processes and service level agreements

Improve productivity, quality, and efficiency through coaching and training

Lead new process rollouts and manage product knowledge sessions

Monitor and maintain physical and data security

Ensure high satisfaction scores from applicants, missions, and employees

Plan and manage staffing needs and team structure

Build and manage relationships with diplomatic missions
