Surge Global is looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Senior Social Media Executive to lead and manage social media initiatives across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.
- Lead content planning, scheduling, and publishing while ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with design, content, and digital teams to create engaging visuals and copy that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance performance and reach.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to align social media activity with broader campaigns.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role, preferably in an agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts for brands with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of digital analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and third-party scheduling platforms.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
