Key Responsibilities

Create and carry out sales plans to meet targets

Build strong relationships with clients and partners

Grow the business by finding new market opportunities

Monitor competitors and adapt sales strategies

Provide regular reports and feedback to management

Guide and support sales teams to improve results

Ensure good brand visibility and merchandising

Handle customer issues professionally and quickly

Visit the field to track team and market performance
Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar

Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or territory management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Good at data analysis and market understanding

Able to travel frequently within the assigned territory

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and independent
-
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
