Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Room Service Order Taker role located in Kandy. The Room Service Order Taker will be responsible for taking guest orders, ensuring accuracy, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating with the kitchen staff for prompt delivery. The role involves handling guest inquiries, offering recommendations, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Qualifications
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills
• Training in customer service and food & beverage operations
• Experience in forklift operation a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
