Job Description

  • Assess and identify newopportunities for growth in current and prospectivemarkets.
  • Establish the company s goalsand objectives.
  • Recruit and train newemployees.
  • Perform regular employeeevaluations to determine areas ofimprovement.
  • Design businessstrategies and plans to meet the companygoals.
  • Make sure that the company hassufficient resources such as personnel, material, andequipment.
  • Develop a comprehensivecompany budget and perform periodic budgetanalyses.
  • Ensure all companyactivities adhere to legal guidelines andpolicies.
  • Assess overall companyperformance
  • Totally responsible forthe performance of outlets including general appearance, quality,taste, employees and profitability.
  • Responsible for achieving the revenue targets along with EBITDAtargets through daily prompt P&Lmanagement.
  • Works with RMs to developrestaurant-specific Annual Operating Plans and communicate to theteam.
  • Sets the RMs monthly restaurantbusiness plans and review monthly.
  • Monitor competitors activities and coordinate with operation andmarketing managers to keep ahead ofcompetition
  • Keep RMs informed of anycompetitive activity.
  • Ensure theimplementation of the marketing plan.
  • Lead new products launch.
  • Audits cashhandling procedures to ensure deposits, receipts for cash, changefund, deletes and paid outs are handledappropriately.
  • Analyze the operations/ P&L to determine deviation from standards and coach theconcerned RM to take correctivemeasures.
  • Monitors the operationseffectiveness through the Pace Setter.
  • Analyzes sales, labor, inventory and controllable on a continualbasis and coaches RMs to take specific corrective action to meet orachieve margin and sales growth targets.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Minimum university degree, Tourism & Hotels Management or Business Administration is highlypreferable.
  • 6-8 years supervisoryexperience in either a food service
  • Minimum of 5-6 years overall experience, with emphasis onoperations in a retail and/or consumer orientated serviceindustry
  • Experienced in operationsmanagement and business administration (minimum 2-3 years) withresponsibility for achievement of operations targets, i.e., sales,profit, people management and proceduralcompliance.
  • Thorough knowledge ofcompany performance metrics, product specification and managementsystems
  • Demonstrated track record ofworkplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development ofmanagerial employees
  • Proven ability todrive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employeesatisfaction
  • Language skills: fluent
