Following the combination of the two operations Equipment Logistics and Service Parts Logistics in 2023, we are creating a new GE HealthCare Logistics organization EMEA which will be effective beginning of 2024. The EMEA team will be structured of 8 key functions responsible for Equipment and Services (Transportation Manager, Warehouse Operations Manager, Operations Excellence Manager, Fulfillment Manager and 4 Zone Logistics Manager). The newly formed team will work very closely with region’s Order Management and Services operations to successfully deliver our objectives in 2024.

Job Description
What will you do as a Zone Logistics Manager MENEAT/SSA?
In this role, you will lead Logistics to and within your large zone (Middle East, North East Africa, Turkey, Sub-Saharan Africa) for both finished goods equipment as well as service parts.
In your zone, you have the responsibility the daily operations including finish good logistics, the service parts fulfillment, the productivity, the transportation, and the local warehouses Management. In addition, you are responsible for the inventory physical counting process and its results. You are as well responsible for the logistics of demonstration finished goods and Service tools as well as the physical inventory.
You will closely collaborate with the Zone Services and Order Management leadership teams to run an operation tailored to the customer’s requirements, balancing fulfillment, inventory levels and costs. You will lead a team of 15 logistics specialist, located in the different countries composing the zone. You will closely collaborate with EMEA peers in logistics, Services, and order management to define priorities & drive improvements in your zone.
You and your team will be responsible for Sustainability impact, On time Delivery, Logistics Cost as % of sales, Productivity, inventory, and inventory accuracy.
